Dawn has worked in media for 25 years, as the Marketing Director of ABC TV in Tampa, and having dabbled in both sales and brokered programming through many companies including, Beasley Broadcast, iHeartRadio, and Cox Radio. In 2010, Dawn asked company, (iHeartRadio), to allow her to teach her husband the ins and outs of the business and produce an outdoor radio show revolved around fishing and hunting, and so an hour time slot became available on air on WDAE AM. This is where it all started. After Dawn left iHeartRadio, Dawn contacted long time friend, Sue Campbell at Cox Radio and was able to secure a 3 hour deal with 102.5 the Bone, WHPT FM. In 2017, Dawn negotiated a contract with the Pursuit Channel. In 2018, after Lee was told he would lose his time period, Dawn reached out to her 20 year friend, Bill Diaz at NBC and was able to secure Lee airtime. Lee continued filming while Dawn edited the TV show, and handled show content and some commercial spots, graphic design and imaging of the show, as well as securing nearly all partnerships and sponsors. Dawn was also responsible for all marketing of the show. Dawn is an Executive Producer and can be reached at dawncepero@gmail.com for additional business opportunities.
